Are you looking for a preschool where your child can develop naturally, joyfully, and at the same time build a strong foundation for the future? That place is Maple Bear Olomouc – a modern Czech-Canadian preschool in the heart of Olomouc. And the best way to get to know it? Come to the Open Day on April 9, 4. 2026!
Maple Bear Preschool is not just a typical preschool.
It is an inspiring environment where children learn naturally – through play, exploration, and everyday experiences. Teaching is bilingual, in Czech and English. Children acquire the language effortlessly, much like their mother tongue – through regular activities, communication, and experiences. This approach helps them gain not only language skills but also confidence and openness to the world.
The entire educational program is based on proven Canadian methods and supports the comprehensive development of the child – intellectual, social, and emotional. Children are divided into classes according to age, so the teaching matches their natural development. The youngest attend the “Happy Frogs” class, older children are in the “Clever Kingfishers” class, and preschoolers join the “Bright Foxes” class. Each class has its own educational plan tailored to the needs of the children, and with smaller groups, teachers have the opportunity to give individual attention to each child.
The preschool offers a stimulating and safe environment where children feel comfortable and naturally develop their curiosity. Emphasis is placed on learning through experience and practice, developing creativity and critical thinking, building relationships and social skills, and fostering independence and self-confidence. Children gain not only knowledge but also essential life skills they will use in further education and everyday life.
The preschool is open every weekday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing parents flexible daily arrangements. The daily program is a balanced combination of guided activities, free play, outdoor time, and rest, designed to meet the natural needs of children.
