Our admissions process is designed to provide a smooth and transparent experience for parents and students. Below are the standard steps to follow when applying to Maple Bear schools.
The first step in the admissions process is to schedule a visit to our school. This visit is an opportunity for you and your child to explore the Maple Bear environment, meet our team, and gain a deeper understanding of our bilingual curriculum. During the visit, you will have the chance to ask questions and see our classrooms in action.
To register for enrollment at Maple Bear, please submit the completed application form. Send us a completed and signed application form (a scan or photo is sufficient) to olomouc@maplebear.cz. Once we receive your application, our Enrollment Manager will contact you with further information.
In accordance with Czech legislation, the Principal of Maple Bear Olomouc officially announces the enrollment periods for both kindergarten and elementary school, which children are required to attend. More information can be found in the Documents section.
After the official enrollment days, Maple Bear schools announce the final approval of admissions. Once the approval is made, our admissions team will notify you promptly. If your child is accepted, the next step is to sign the contract and pay the registration fee through our parents’ portal, then prepare for their first day at Maple Bear.
