Deciding to enroll our two daughters at Maple Bear was the best choice we have made as parents. Every morning, they look forward to going to school, and often they don’t even want to go home in the afternoon. They learn through play, naturally, curiously, and without pressure, truly developing a passion for learning and languages. English is already becoming their second language at an early age. For us and our children, Maple Bear is more than just a school – the entire team of teachers, students, and parents has become a natural part of our family.

An amazing team of people, full of harmony and enthusiasm, which they pass on to the children—and even to the parents. An incredible environment, a modern teaching style, engaging learning materials, with some subjects taught through projects. It feels like a return to the ideas of the “teacher of nations,” J. A. Komenský. We must also highlight the after-school program, which explores interesting topics every week, whether through creative activities or discussions. After the first few months of attendance, we can say that the biggest difference is in spoken English, as our child now speaks in full sentences spontaneously and has a fairly wide vocabulary. We also appreciate the selection of textbooks and the use of Comenia Script for writing.

I highly recommend this school to all parents. The approach of the teachers and all staff is excellent. From a parent’s perspective, we can see that our child looks forward to going to kindergarten. Their development is growing in every way. If, as a parent, you value a personal and caring approach—both to the child and to the parents—you will definitely find it at this school and kindergarten. The educational program is offered in both English and Czech, and as parents, we are grateful to the entire team in Olomouc for putting their whole heart into their work. If you are hesitating, you can see for yourself by scheduling a visit, which personally convinced us so much that we will definitely continue with the elementary school as well.
